Return Policy

Right of withdrawal and return

Any customer has the right to withdraw his contractual statement in writing,
without stating reasons, within 1 month after the reception of the goods or
by returning the goods. To meet the deadline, timely mailing should suffice.
If the customer opens any audio recordings, video recordings or software, the
right of withdrawal does not hold anymore.

Any customer who exercises his right of withdrawal is obliged to return the
goods. Any customer who exercises his right of withdrawal is obliged to pay
the costs of returning the goods if the value of the ordered goods is below
40,oo €uro, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered
goods. If the value of the ordered goods adds up to over 40,oo €uro, the
customer does not need to bear the expense.

Any customer is obliged to compensate for the loss of value after the product
has been used. Any customer may test the goods carefully. If the customer, however,
uses the product excessively leading to its poor condition which then does not
allow to sell it any further, he has to compensate for this loss of value.
